Diane Hopkins has over 20 years of human resources, executive recruiting, leadership and coaching experience working with both small and large fortune 500 companies. Diane brings executive level experience coaching key leaders and partnering with organizations in challenging times when leadership skills are most needed.  She has helped companies realize an ideal fit between executive talent and the company’s culture and values.

Throughout the years she has interviewed and coached thousands of leaders about their personal “why” of what is driving themand has helped many discover and follow their why in a way that correlates directly to theirs and their organizations success. Her process is based on Co-Active Coaching, Psychology, Organization Relationship Systems Coaching, The Leadership Circle and the Harrison Assessment which she customizes to fit the objectives of her clients.

There are a variety of unique qualifications Diane brings as a professional coach:

  • Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and received training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), considered to be the Harvard of coaching schools
  • Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • Certified Administrator with Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Assessments
  • Certified Administrator of the Harrison Assessments
  • Extensive training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching
  • Completed the Life Coaching Program through Cloud Townsend Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and with selected graduate studies in Clinical Psychology
